These services are processed with high speed and accuracy due to their time-sensitive and official nature.
Due to the characteristics of these services — especially those involving government approvals, digital delivery, and third-party confirmations — refund requests have specific conditions and limitations. Below, you will find a detailed explanation of our refund policy.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under specific and exceptional circumstances. Once any of the following services have been fully delivered to the user, no refund request will be accepted :
1. e-Visa Services

The Turkish e-Visa application process is initiated immediately after receiving all required documents.

Once the e-Visa has been issued by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Foreign Affairs and delivered to the customer via email, no refund can be made .

This is because the government fee is non-refundable once the visa is approved and the service has been completed.
2. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance provided through our partner, Ekta Insurance Service , becomes active upon issuance.

Once the PDF policy document is delivered to the customer’s email, the service is considered completed and non-refundable .
3. eSIM (5GB Data)

The eSIM service, provided in partnership with Pocket eSIM , is digitally activated and delivered within one hour of purchase.

Once the eSIM profile has been sent to the customer and/or activated on the device, the service cannot be canceled or refunded .
Finality of Delivery
All services offered through evisacity.com are delivered electronically and become effective immediately upon confirmation. As such:

Digital delivery constitutes full performance of service.

Once the user receives:

The e-Visa document,

The travel insurance certificate, and

The eSIM activation details,

...the transaction is deemed complete, and the user no longer has the right to withdraw from or cancel the service for refund purposes.

Legal Basis for No Refund After Delivery

Exceptional Cases
While the general rule is that no refund is possible after service delivery , we may consider exceptions in the following limited cases:

Double payment or system error : If the customer was charged multiple times due to a technical issue on our platform.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
