The exclusive place of jurisdiction is London, UK , provided the user is a trader or does not have a permanent place of residence in the USA when the suit is filed. The legally binding places of jurisdiction remain unaffected by this clause.
 
II. General Terms and Conditions of evizeturk.com  (Intermediary)
 
1. Introduction
evizeturk.com operates an intermediary platform for travel-related services including visa assistance, travel health insurance, eSIM cards, and other travel support services. These offers are made available by various local service providers around the world (“Providers”), with whom the respective contract for services is concluded.
 
Users can find and book these services via the evizeturk.com  Platform.
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions:

• A "consumer" is any individual who uses the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• A "company" is any entity using the service for commercial purposes.

• The term “user” refers to a natural person unless explicitly registered as a legal entity.
   

2. Subject Matter of Part II
These General Terms and Conditions apply to any use of the evizeturk.com  Platform. The contractual relationship between the User and evizeturk.com generally involves referring users to the relevant service Provider or transferring user data via sub-agents.
evizeturk.com  does not act as the organizer, seller, or contract partner regarding the service agreement with the User. Therefore, Part II applies to offers on the evizeturk.com  Platform and the provision of users to Providers.
 
Part III of these Terms applies to the service agreement between the User and the Provider.
 
3. Registration
Use of the Platform may require registration for certain actions like bookings. During registration, the User submits an electronic form and accepts these Terms. The registration is complete once confirmed via email.
Natural individuals must be over 18 years old to register. The User must keep login credentials confidential and take precautions to prevent unauthorized access.
Creating more than one account per individual or entity is not allowed, and accounts are not transferable.
 
4. Services of evizeturk.com / Contract Conclusion
After entering desired services on the Platform, evizeturk.com  displays relevant service information. Based on this, the User can submit a binding offer to the Provider via the Platform by clicking “Confirm and Book.”
The User is bound to their offer for five working days. Once accepted by the Provider, the booking becomes final.
evizeturk.com  provides a booking confirmation and payment confirmation on behalf of the Provider. The Platform itself is free of charge for Users, although Users bear costs related to internet access.
 
5. Payments on evizeturk.com 
All payments for services are processed either directly with the Provider or via evizeturk.com  acting on behalf of the Provider.
The User is responsible for providing correct payment details and updating them as needed. Payment methods may vary depending on the service.
Refunds are handled by the Provider, though they may be processed through evizeturk.com . Communication via the Platform is recommended for ease of processing.
 
6. Pricing
All prices listed on evizeturk.com  include VAT and other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Local taxes may apply and must be paid separately.
Prices may be subject to special conditions such as cancellation policies. Please review these before making a booking.
 
7. Best Price Guarantee
If you find the same service offered elsewhere under identical conditions (country, availability, number of people) at a lower price online,evizeturk.com  will refund the difference voluntarily.
Special offers and promotional campaigns are clearly marked.
 
8. User Obligations
The User must keep login details confidential and is responsible for all activity under their account. The User agrees to indemnify evizeturk.com  against third-party claims arising from their use of the Platform unless caused by evizeturk.com  .
 
9. Availability and Warranty
There is no warranty or guarantee for the availability, quality, or features of the evizeturk.com  Platform. We may suspend, reduce, or modify the Platform at any time.
We make no warranties regarding third-party content or services provided by Providers. All questions and claims about the service should be directed to the Provider.
 
10. Liability of evizeturk.com 
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, evizeturk.com is not liable for the performance of services by Providers or for injuries to life, limb, or health.
Liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable and typical damages, and only where key obligations have been breached.
Exceptions apply for product liability claims and guarantees issued.
 
11. Termination
Users may cancel their account at any time by blocking it.evizeturk.com  may terminate accounts with one week's notice. Claims arising before termination remain valid.
 
12. Evaluation Function
Users may leave reviews and feedback about services after completing their bookings. Reviews must be honest and respectful. evizeturk.com reserves the right to moderate or remove inappropriate content.
